We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Receivables Analyst to join our team at The Hertz Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving receivables-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve receivables-related issues, including high-level research and analysis, reconciliations, and specialized billing requests.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate monthly ad hoc reports, ensuring integrity and resolving issues promptly.
  • Use analytical techniques to provide meaningful data, driving business decisions and improving operations.
  • Review and complete system updates as requested by leadership, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Utilize customer service and analytical skills to handle billings, phone calls, and inter-company accounting, settlement schedules, and journal entry preparation.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience highly desired.
  • Associate degree in business or related field required.
  • Strong analytical skills, general accounting knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
