Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations
    • Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Maintain and reconcile financial files, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Reset the system for the next day of operations, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and distribute daily reports, providing insights into financial performance.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Audit and reconcile cashiers to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
    • Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
    • Familiarity with financial software and systems.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest service.
