Job Description
This role involves providing warm and welcoming greetings to residents, guests, and vendors. You will manage access control and coordinate services for residents, respond to resident concerns and complaints in a professional manner, and perform other duties as assigned by the AGM or Lead Concierge. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required
  • Physical demands include lifting 30-50lbs and standing for long periods
