About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Electronic Monitoring Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation services department, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and removing electronic monitoring equipment in clients' residences and other locations.

Your duties will include troubleshooting equipment problems, performing routine cleaning and maintenance, and maintaining adequate inventory levels to service contracts within a specific area.

You will also be responsible for providing information to contracting agencies regarding work performed, problems, and concerns, as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and remove electronic monitoring equipment in accordance with contractual guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems via telephone or on-site to ensure proper operation.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies to service contracts within a specific area.
  • Perform equipment inspections to identify damage or malfunction.
  • Clean field equipment and perform routine maintenance.
  • Test equipment in accordance with quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the military, security, or law enforcement field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • Work experience in the corrections industry preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic monitoring field equipment.
