Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Clinical Services Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing essential support to clients navigating their recovery journey, collaborating with healthcare providers, and facilitating access to community services.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in admissions decisions, advising on pertinent information
  • Notify clients of acceptance and coordinate admission details
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to educate and coordinate care with clients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Communicate and document client progress toward recovery goals
  • Advocate for clients by educating them and their families about mental health and substance abuse issues
  • Maintain an active list of community resources and facilitate access to services promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being
  • Coordinate transportation to diverse services using personal or company vehicles
  • Foster working relationships with community service providers
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and advise on changes in client needs
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in human services or minimum 2 years experience in a related field
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and State of Alaska background check
  • Valid driver's license and safe, reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Salary:
