We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients and partners. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and services to clients and partners.
  • Install and remove electronic monitoring equipment in accordance with contractual guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems via telephone or on-site to ensure proper operation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Six months experience in the military, security, or law enforcement field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
Working Conditions
  • Extensive or local travel required.
  • Installations and general fieldwork may require entering unstable or hostile environments.

The estimated salary for this role is $20.00 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) matching, health insurance, and more.
