Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Aurane Beauty e-commerce platforms
  • Conduct outreach to TikTok influencers to promote Aurane Beauty products
  • Assist in maintaining product listings, prices, and inventory levels on our platform
  • Monitor shop performance to reach excellent shop metrics
  • Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries promptly to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the analysis of e-commerce performance metrics and suggest improvements as necessary
  • Prepare orders for shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to customers as needed

Requirements:

  • Passion for e-commerce and a strong interest in the beauty industry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Related Experience is preferred but not a must
  • W2 employees must be authorized to work in the US

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour, adjustable after 3 months
