Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Inbloom Autism Services. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our clinical departments, ensuring the clinical integrity of our applied behavior therapy guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a caseload of up to 20 impact hours per week.
  • Work closely with our Regional Clinical Integrity Officer to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the CIO to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing clinical mentorship and support for our BCBA team.
  • Host bi-weekly BCBA team meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate team-building events to promote positive and collaborative team morale and work culture.
  • Train and onboard new BCBAs to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Implement ongoing quality assurance measures and performance reviews for our clinical team.
  • Facilitate and oversee center programs, including the Learning Readiness Program, social skills groups, and other group activities.
  • Coordinate professional development events, such as monthly RBT clinical trainings, student supervision, and unrestricted projects.
  • Conduct treatment plan reviews and provide feedback to our clinical team.
  • Assign BCBA caseloads and monitor their progress.
  • Conduct clinical interviews for BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Monitor and support BCBA development of client programming.
  • Monitor and support BCBA oversight of clients and RBTs.
  • Support BCBAs with parent contracts as needed.
  • Travel to schools and other locations to overlap with supervision, caregiver training, and other activities.
Qualifications
  • BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices.
  • Displays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
  • A minimum of three years working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous experience in supervision is preferred.
  • Must abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB.
  • Must abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a driver's license, insurance, and a smartphone.
  • Ability to work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff.
  • Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively with all team members, departments, and disciplines.
  • Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Work Environment

Noise Level is moderate to loud.

Must be able to work in a combination of settings, including in-home, school, community, and InBloom center.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Up to 50% travel, by car, to assigned local centers that InBloom currently provides services in or will be providing services in the future, based on the region.
