Job Overview:
Objective and Scope of Role:
This position is integral to the management of our advancing Cell Therapy sector. The Systems Analysis Specialist will collaborate closely with the Global Business Process Owner (BPO) for Cell Therapy Warehouse & Inventory Management. The role focuses on overseeing cross-site material transfers, facilitating troubleshooting and issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for effective decision-making in material transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-site material transfers, encompassing both procedural and systematic transactions.
2. Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and root cause analysis during the cross-site material transfer process.
3. Identify and manage master data requirements to ensure efficient cross-site material transfer operations.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for operational processes related to cross-site material transfers, providing necessary guidance and support.
5. Lead process improvement initiatives, including mapping and optimizing workflows.
6. Monitor, analyze, and enhance the end-to-end process, proactively addressing potential issues.
7. Collaborate with IT and PMO teams to ensure effective execution of cross-site material transfers, both systematically and procedurally.
8. Review and update documentation, including changes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to maintain accuracy and compliance.
9. Assist the Director in achieving productivity and financial objectives through effective teamwork across functions.
10. Provide support to stakeholders and team members across various regions and time zones.
11. Maintain a hybrid work arrangement, dedicating 50% of time to on-site work and 50% to virtual collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
1. Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals to achieve desired outcomes.
2. Strong communication skills to engage a varied audience at multiple organizational levels.
3. Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and identify key issues.
4. Familiarity with computer system management or validation processes.
5. Extensive experience in collaborating with external partners and leading cross-functional teams.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
7. High motivation and self-drive to resolve issues collaboratively.
8. Strategic thinking skills to translate broader strategies into actionable plans.
9. Strong prioritization capabilities and the ability to provide clear direction in dynamic environments.
10. Demonstrated success in leading significant process improvement and complex technology projects.
11. Comfort in navigating fluid situations with competing project priorities.
12. BA or BS degree, preferably in IT Systems or a related field, along with relevant experience.
13. Proficiency in SAP and experience in troubleshooting system-related issues.
14. Strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence.
