Join Geosyntec Consultants as a Project Geologist or Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Geologist or Engineer to join our team in Blue Bell, PA or Pennington, NJ. As a key member of our contaminated site assessment and remediation practices, you will contribute to challenging environmental projects, including financial and technical evaluation, design, permitting, and construction stages.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage clients, leading proposal preparation and business development
  • Task and project management, including planning and implementing investigation and remediation projects
  • Management and mentoring of junior staff and managing subcontractors
  • Work plan development, data evaluation, and report writing
  • Data analysis, including preparing maps and figures using GIS/Environmental Visualization Software (EVS) applications, and database management
  • Prepare technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals
  • Review and manage written document production
  • Prepare for and participate in meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other parties
  • Conduct fieldwork, including multi-media environmental sampling, sediment sampling and characterization, drilling oversight, contractor oversight, and remediation system operations, maintenance, and construction
  • Direct multi-disciplinary project teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or related field (required)
  • Advanced degree in the same (preferred)
  • Professional registration (i.e., P.G.) (required)
  • At least 7 years of direct environmental consulting experience (required)
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams (required)
  • Demonstrated success in the development and management of clients (required)
  • Proven leadership skills (required)
