Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer and Project Manager to join our team at Gateway Recruiting, INC.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your electrical engineering expertise with project management skills to drive success in our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Engineering:
    • Design and develop electrical systems, including lighting, power, and special electrical systems.
    • Conduct energy analysis, building system assessments, and construction administration.
  • Project Management:
    • Supervise design and drafting staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Coordinate with clients and associates to deliver high-quality results.
    • Manage construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
  • Client Retention and Business Development:
    • Play a vital role in client retention and company promotion.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) and previous experience in engineering.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in electrical building systems.
  • Ability to lead and mentor project technical staff.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop project plans and manage schedules and budgets.
