Position Overview:
As a Regional Program Supervisor, you will oversee the implementation and management of correctional treatment initiatives within the designated area. This role demands a strong commitment to compliance and quality assurance while fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including potential overnight travel.

Compensation:
Annual salary of $85,000

Benefits:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, or Criminal Justice is required; a Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Evidence-Based Treatment methodologies for Criminal Justice populations is essential.
- Prior experience in managing multiple programs is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role is required.
- Experience in corrections or directing services in a secure setting is preferred.
- Virginia Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) credentials must be obtained within 2 years of employment and maintained in good standing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with personnel from the Virginia Department of Corrections to ensure adherence to contracts, accountability, and quality of care.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, including after-hours and on-call communications.
- Oversee the administration and monitoring of designated correctional treatment programs, while supporting the Area Director in addressing specific site needs and stepping in during their absence.
