Job Title: Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. in Beaverton, OR.

Job Summary:

The Janitorial Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the facility is free from hazards and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning and light housekeeping duties in production areas, office spaces, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, reception area, and lunch room.
  • Replenish supplies as needed and monitor the condition of the facility.
  • Identify repair needs and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Follow all safety and cleaning protocols, wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical agility with ability to work primarily on foot.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and coworkers.
  • Desire to learn new things and share great ideas.
  • Great work ethic, solution-oriented attitude, and positive energy geared toward continuous improvement.
Physical Demands:
