Job Summary

As an Audio Visual Specialist at Encore, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of basic/small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. This role requires a high level of customer satisfaction and involves working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and needs through effective communication and relationship-building.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve with equipment and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue and work with clients to finalize invoices.

Requirements

High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
Achieve Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days.
1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
1 year of audio visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment is a hotel/convention center with moderate exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand, and/or dust. Team members will use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components and will be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations. Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Team members are required to meet the specified physical criteria to effectively execute essential job functions.
