  • Business Development: Ability to attract new business to the firm, including identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to grow the firm's client base.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to travel for work.
  • Personal Injury Experience: Previous experience with personal injury cases is preferred, but not required.
