Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for NICU sought for a reputable healthcare organization. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, including both diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, to infants during the critical neonatal phase. The practitioner will collaborate with an inpatient physician team within a comprehensive academic framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality care to premature, newborn, and critically ill infants.
  2. Engage in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established practice standards.
  3. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
  2. Certification from ANA or equivalent nursing body, along with authorization from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing for expanded role practice.
  3. Possession of DEA registration for prescription authority.
  4. Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is essential.
  5. NRP certification is required.
  6. Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in a NICU setting.
  7. New graduates with relevant NICU experience may be considered based on individual qualifications.
