Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, TX. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, a SIGN ON BONUS, and an excellent benefits package.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to design, plan, and implement wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyles among employees. You will work closely with our HR and Benefits teams to identify cost-effective initiatives and incentives. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing and analyzing employee health needs and developing plans to support these requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Administer all wellness programs within the organization.
Promote wellness and fitness initiatives, responding to participant inquiries and gathering feedback.
Collaborate with HR and Benefits Coordinator to identify and implement wellness programs and incentives.
Analyze employee physical and mental health needs, developing strategies to address these concerns.
Create engaging classes, seminars, and workshops to promote healthy living.
Provide support and referrals for counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment as needed.

Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to design effective presentations and training programs.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. A $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS is also offered. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package.
