Position Overview:
This role is hybrid following the training period, involving alternating weeks of in-office and remote work. The in-office schedule is based at our Administrative Service Center.
Working Hours:
Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional requirements to extend until 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the posting of credits and debits to loan accounts, including processing loan-related transactions such as principal reductions, extensions, and corrections. Calculate and post interest adjustments manually when necessary and liaise with lenders for transaction guidance.
- Ensure timely completion of customer workflows and respond to various lender requests, including inquiries and corrections. Update loan coding as needed and communicate resolutions promptly.
- Monitor and analyze reports to guarantee accurate servicing of accounts, ensuring compliance with credit and debit transactions.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments by reviewing transactions to identify any high-risk or unusual activities.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Duties:
This position may involve other responsibilities as assigned by management. All employees are expected to understand and adhere to compliance programs, regulations, and policies relevant to their roles.
Compensation Transparency:
We provide transparency in our compensation practices by sharing base salary ranges for all positions. Salary offers are determined based on various factors, including experience and qualifications. The hourly rate for this position is $22.40.
