• Collaborate with the Director of Life Enrichment to design, schedule, and implement all resident activities, including special events aligned with our Life Enrichment programs.

• Cultivate a vibrant community atmosphere for both residents and staff.

• Provide educational sessions for residents and staff focusing on disease prevention and management, in line with our Wellness Program.

• Lead daily activities that meet our community standards.

• Assist in preparing and distributing monthly activity calendars.

• Develop and facilitate a variety of engaging programs to cater to a diverse resident population, including newly retired seniors, those requiring physical assistance, and individuals experiencing memory challenges.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• An Associate's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of six months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment is preferred.

Compensation:
Starting rate of $16.00/hr.
