Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hotel Associate - Pet Care Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch care to our canine and feline guests, including feeding, exercise, and playtime. You'll also build strong relationships with pet owners, providing them with updates and ensuring their pets receive the attention they need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to pets, including feeding, exercise, and playtime
  • Build strong relationships with pet owners, providing updates and ensuring their pets receive the attention they need
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets, including cleaning cages and common areas
  • Assist with pet adoptions, including preparing pets for adoption and providing information to potential adopters
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in pet care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
