This position plays a crucial role in the development and operation of New Glenn, a versatile, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle designed for frequent transport of personnel and cargo to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar space, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle has been engineered from the outset to accommodate human missions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enhance engineering and program lifecycle management policies, procedures, and standards for Test and Flight Operations systems.
- Lead initiatives in Process Modeling, Measurement, Problem-solving, Root Cause Analysis, Non-Manufacturing Process Design, and Risk Management.
- Identify and execute system and process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.
- Establish reliable, effective, and predictable systems through process stabilization.
- Focus areas include Process Analysis, Improvement, Execution Planning, and Operations Planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in defining development processes.
- 5+ years in a highly regulated industry (automotive, medical devices, aerospace, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proficient in product lifecycle management (PLM).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional technical writing and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with export control regulations (EAR/ITAR).
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aerospace sector.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with requirements development/management tools such as DOORS.
- Experience with PLM and/or data management tools like Windchill.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Adept at working with partially defined requirements and evolving criteria.
- Database management skills.
