Position Overview

E-Commerce Sales Specialist - Bilingual Candidates Preferred

We are seeking a dynamic and technology-oriented sales professional who excels in a high-energy, online sales environment. This role offers substantial opportunities for growth and achievement.

Lost Pines Toyota is on the lookout for a driven sales expert focused on internet sales to lead the creation, implementation, and oversight of our digital sales platform. This position entails engaging with sales inquiries and leads generated through our online presence.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Promptly monitor and respond to all online inquiries from referral platforms and our website
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients upon receiving leads
  • Provide accurate pricing estimates, rate details, and inventory availability
  • Assist and engage with potential customers through scheduled meetings
  • Showcase and present available inventory
  • Process credit applications both manually and through online systems
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and necessary certifications
  • Adhere to and implement the dealership's sales protocols
  • Ensure alignment with Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly sales targets
  • Capture and prepare digital images for online listings
  • Exhibit proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools
