Compensation: $24 - $32 / hour based on experience
Role Summary
The Electro-Mechanical Technician is tasked with ensuring the operational efficiency of converting and corrugating machinery to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently adhere to safe working practices.
- Skillfully align rolls and modify equipment settings for peak performance.
- Instruct fellow maintenance personnel on established procedures.
- Diagnose issues with programmable controllers and execute repairs on drives.
- Effectively utilize maintenance management software.
- Organize and delegate maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Optimize equipment usage to its fullest potential.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces.
- Comply with all organizational policies and protocols.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Successful demonstration of all Class B qualifications is required.
Possession of essential tools for maintenance activities is expected.
Previous experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
