Key Responsibilities

  • A valid driver's license is required, and a copy of the current driving history must be provided at the time of application or Qualified Selection Pool (QSP) placement.
  • A Boiler Monitor Certificate and Certification as a Universal Refrigerant Handler in accordance with EPA regulations are also required.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in the operation and routine maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Boiler Monitor Certificate.
  • Certification as a Universal Refrigerant Handler in accordance with EPA regulations.
