Key Responsibilities- High school graduation or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of four years' experience in the operation and routine maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- A valid driver's license is required, and a copy of the current driving history must be provided at the time of application or Qualified Selection Pool (QSP) placement.
- A Boiler Monitor Certificate and Certification as a Universal Refrigerant Handler in accordance with EPA regulations are also required.
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- A minimum of four years' experience in the operation and routine maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- A valid driver's license.
- Boiler Monitor Certificate.
