- Strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve success.
- At least 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desirable for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including exceptional phone skills for setting and closing appointments.
- If you have no real estate experience, a minimum of 1 year of B2C selling experience is required.
