Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and renewals.
  • Support sales operations, including contract management and invoicing.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and champions within partner organizations.
  • Refine account management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Advocate for product enhancements based on user feedback and evolving needs.
  • Create and maintain technical support resources for users.
  • Provide technical assistance through designated support channels.
  • Occasionally represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong personal commitment to our mission of supporting educators in their professional development. Essential qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the K-12 education sector.
