As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional athletic training services, promoting a safe and inclusive environment, and contributing to the university's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide athletic training services, including acute care and health education, to Club Sport student-athletes.
  • Support the mission and philosophy of the Student Government Association, Division of Student Affairs, and the University of Vermont.
  • Promote a safe, accessible, and supportive healthcare environment for all Club Sports student-athletes.
  • Collaborate with coaches, staff, and students to ensure a positive and inclusive athletic experience.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs to enhance student-athlete performance and well-being.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Two years of athletic training experience in collegiate athletics.
  • NATA-BOC certification and Vermont licensure as an Athletic Trainer.
  • Proficiency in computer software for scheduling, networking, and student instruction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student-athlete care and diversity and inclusiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Anticipated Pay Range: $60,000 - $64,000 (9-month term, actual pay range: $45,000 - $48,000).
