Job Title: Construction Project Manager

At Fairfield Residential, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily renovation and redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in multifamily renovation and redevelopment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and Timberline
  • OSHA certification and knowledge of building codes and regulations

Estimated Rate of Pay:

$95,000.00 - $105,000.00

This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
