Island Ambassador

• Play a key role in restaurant leadership, inspiring your team to achieve our goals and create a fun and welcoming environment.
• Share knowledge of our scratch cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and provide world-class dining experiences to our guests.
• Create a relaxed destination by greeting guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality.
• Build the perfect oasis by delivering exceptional service, providing knowledge of our food and beverage menus, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
• Support your crew by monitoring and stocking restroom supplies, maintaining restroom cleanliness, and performing other duties as required.

• 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
• Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required.

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift.
