Customer Experience Specialist

At Barnes Healthcare Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide compassionate and positive interactions with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Care Navigation: Assess the needs of customers and act accordingly to provide exceptional customer service with the least amount of touches or interactions.
  • Coordination of Care: Coordinate the delivery, set-up, and pick-up of equipment, supplies, and services, maintaining regular and ongoing communication with delivery personnel.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of complaints and resolutions, as well as review and document customer contact as required by company policy and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree or 3 years of management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent phone and customer relations skills, exceptional use of technology (typing, Microsoft Office, etc.).
