Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Generating leads and converting them into sales
  • Selling memberships and retail products
  • Managing staff schedules and supervising Sales Representatives

To be successful in this role, candidates must have 2+ years of sales experience in the fitness industry, strong sales and leadership skills, ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a college degree preferred.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of around $60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonus if all goals are met.
