Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to drive revenue growth and lead a team? Rumble Boxing - Livingston, NJ is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Generating leads and converting them into sales
- Selling memberships and retail products
- Managing staff schedules and supervising Sales Representatives
To be successful in this role, candidates must have 2+ years of sales experience in the fitness industry, strong sales and leadership skills, ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a college degree preferred.
Compensation:This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of around $60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonus if all goals are met.
