About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Director to join our team at Physician's Choice. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of all our products, working closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure that all product claims and labeling meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Label Compliance
    • Support the development and implementation of product labeling strategies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Oversee the review and approval of all finished product labels and packaging design to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Ensure that all product labels and packaging materials meet the requirements of the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act (DSHEA) and the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act (NLEA).
  • Product Claims
    • Coordinate with our New Product Development team to ensure that all product claims are supported by up-to-date research and studies.
    • Work with our marketing team to ensure that all product claims and labeling meet the highest standards of compliance.
    • Provide guidance on compliance and claims to ensure that all product labeling meets regulatory requirements.
  • Marketing and Advertising Compliance
    • Partner with our marketing team to ensure that all marketing and advertising materials meet regulatory requirements.

  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that all products meet the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory agencies.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of progressive regulatory experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing industry.
    • Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Regulations and the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act (DSHEA).
  • Skills
    • Advanced Excel and Google Suites capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
