We are seeking a Supportive Care Associate to join our team in Waterloo, IA. In this role, you will assist people with their personal hygiene, support individuals who may have behavioral challenges, and help participants achieve their developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help participants achieve their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and complex needs

What You'll Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and multi-tasking skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An estimated hourly rate of $14.00, plus a benefits package including paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match for employees working 30+ hours/week
