As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants in their daily lives. You will assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, as well as support individuals who require behavioral interventions and other complex needs.

Your compassionate nature and patience will make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our participants, learn about their interests and passions, and help them engage in activities they enjoy.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match. Our employees also receive paid time off and holiday pay, allowing them to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
