### Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst Intern to join our Identity and Access Management team. As an intern, you will assist with Identity and Access Management tasks and projects, working directly with our Identity and Access Management Administrator to create, manage, and disable user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels throughout the user's lifecycle within the organization.

### Responsibilities

* Assist with day-to-day user provisioning and lifecycle management tasks
* Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and provide support to users in managing their access credentials
* Identify ways to improve the user access lifecycle and work with the IAM Administrator to enhance existing IAM processes

### Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Security degree program
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment
