As salaried professionals, MAPMG physicians experience a work environment free from the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-service structures. Our members enjoy seamless access to specialists and medical records, enabling holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. Excludes open hearts and Neurosurgery.
- Work Schedule: Average of 40-45 hours per week with flexible options for hospital OR call or day shifts.
- All practice locations are conveniently situated within 30 miles of Howard County.
- Supportive environment fostering professional development.
- Guaranteed post-call day off.
- Minimal supervision required for CRNAs.
- Excellent work-life balance.
- No billing or production pressures.
- Collaborative working atmosphere with surgical and specialist colleagues.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia.
- Current licensure or ability to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
- Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
MAPMG Physicians Are Expected To:
