Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Medication administration and treatment dispensation according to care plans
  • Direct supervision of CNAs to complete tasks efficiently
  • Strict adherence to infection control and safety measures
  • Timely completion of charting in PCC before each shift ends
  • Assessment performance as directed by RCM or DNS
  • Active LPN or RN licensure without any disciplinary actions
  • Fluency in spoken, written, and read English
  • Submission of two professional references
