Job Summary

We're currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Cardiac Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Olympia, Washington. As a key member of our medical staff, you'll have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiac cath lab environment.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of patients with cardiovascular conditions">
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and promoting positive outcomes">
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress, adhering to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines">
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments, advancements, and best practices in critical care and cardiology">
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks or concerns, participating in performance improvement initiatives, and embracing a patient-centered approach">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Critical Care Cardiac Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting">
  • Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington">
  • Advanced knowledge of critical care principles, cardiology, and pharmacology">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills">
