Position Overview:


We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned employment defense attorney to become a part of our EEO Advantage Administrative Charges team as a Senior Counsel attorney.

The Senior Counsel attorney will primarily be responsible for managing administrative charges before various governmental agencies, including the investigation, evaluation, and formulation of risk management strategies, client engagement, and crafting compelling position statements.


This role does not entail a billable hour requirement, offering a flexible part-time schedule with the option to work remotely. There may also be opportunities for transitioning into a full-time position.

Applicants should possess extensive experience in drafting position statements, ideally gained from a large law firm or in-house legal practice.

Please be advised that a writing sample is mandatory for consideration for the Senior Counsel position, with a redacted position statement being highly preferred at the time of application.



Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree. Qualified candidates must reside in, maintain licensure to practice law, and be in good standing within the state of employment. During the tenure of employment, candidates must comply with continuing education requirements for legal practice.

10+ years of recent experience in preparing position statements is essential, whether in-house or at a prominent law firm.

Extensive management-side labor and employment experience is required.

Exceptional analytical and writing capabilities are necessary.
