Architectural Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team at GPAC, a reputable Architecture and Design Firm in Cheyenne, WY. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a crucial role in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Architect to develop and refine architectural designs
  • Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections
  • Review design documents and construction estimates
  • Collaborate with engineering consultants and coordinate documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
  • Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
  • Architectural license not required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
  • Experience in Education K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Religious preferred
  • Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills
