Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and directing our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product and Strategy Development


Collaborate closely with diverse teams, including software development, vendors, sales, and marketing, to ensure the success of products throughout their lifecycle.

Establish and uphold the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.


Oversee the planning, execution, and launch of new features or product updates, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks, are delivered punctually, and surpass customer expectations.


Gather new requirements and liaise with vendors, providing feedback on new features or products to ensure alignment with our strategic goals, including detailed specifications, use cases, and any necessary technical documentation.

Clear and effective communication is vital for helping vendors grasp the desired outcomes and minimizing the risk of misinterpretation.

Product Launch and Marketing:


Direct the planning, execution, and launch of new features or product updates, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks, are delivered punctually, and exceed customer expectations.

Work with marketing and finance teams to create effective product positioning, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Design and implement product training programs for both internal and external teams, such as sales, customer support, and implementation.


Create product materials, training documents, and resources to facilitate effective understanding and usage of the product by internal teams.

Assist in product launches, including coordinating internal and external sales teams, organizing product demonstrations, and promoting user adoption.


Support the sales team in developing engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value and capabilities of our offerings.

Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive sales success.


Provide technical consultation and guidance to customers and the sales team, aiding them in understanding the features, implementation, and integration of our products or services to support the sales process.


  • Product Maintenance
Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for enhancement or new feature opportunities.

Maintain regular communication with vendors to discuss product updates, technical specifications, pricing, and contractual agreements.


Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of components or services, resolve any issues, and negotiate favorable terms.

Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet established requirements and standards.

Regularly report on product performance to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommended actions.

Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are advantageous.
Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or in a similar capacity, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong grasp of product management principles and practices, including product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical abilities to gather and interpret data for informed product decisions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience in product training, sales collaboration, and vendor management is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
