Product Manager Job Description

Management Recruiters International is seeking a skilled Product Manager to define, support, improve, and communicate the value proposition of our company's solutions to internal and external stakeholders. This role will serve as the commercial voice in cross-functional business initiatives, collaborating with technology, operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop new offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for company solutions to align with company objectives.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators for success.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define a clear, concise value proposition for company solutions and develop messaging, content, and collateral to support it.
  • Support the commercialization and launch of new products and applications.
  • Develop a strong market position for our company through specification strategy.
  • Conduct market research using established voice of customer frameworks and best practices, engaging with customers to collect data and communicate insights throughout the organization.
  • Identify market needs and customer problems that may translate into new technologies, features, or services.
  • Prepare and communicate business cases to facilitate the development of new opportunities.
  • Work with technology to commercialize research and enhance the value proposition of company solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations at internal and external meetings and workshops.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or product management in the construction industry.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and direct large, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in working with diverse teams and external service providers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage complex and detailed information.
  • Good understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
  • PE (Professional Engineer) License is a plus.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
