- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Montana.
- Experience working in behavioral health settings, preferably with adult or geriatric populations.
- Strong assessment and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
