Behavioral Health Specialist

At Safety Net Counseling Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team.
Job Summary:The Behavioral Health Technician will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children in various settings, working closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized behavioral interventions to children in a natural setting, as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Supervise and monitor activities of the child, with a focus on identified problem areas.
- Intervene as needed to address problem behaviors and implement interventions listed on the treatment plan.
- Participate in problem resolution to ensure seamless delivery of BHRS and other services.
- Collaborate with the BHRS director and Quality Assurance Officer for clinical supervision, as required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to work well with others towards a common goal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adjust to changing situations and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
