About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our People team at Ironclad. As a key member of our organization, you'll work closely with our G&A functions to align business and talent strategies, driving growth and success.

Your primary focus will be on organizational design, proactive talent planning, function-specific learning and development, performance and development processes, and application of company-wide People practices to meet employee experience goals.

You'll partner with functional leadership on current and future growth talent strategies, change management, design, succession planning, programs, and practices that will align to and enable their organization's goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the company and your organization's business, talent, and culture strategies and needs.
  • Partnering with functional leadership on current and future growth talent strategies, change management, design, succession planning, programs, and practices that will align to and enable their organization's goals.
  • Providing performance and development coaching to our people leaders, working closely with the People Programs team on manager enablement and delivery.
  • Coaching leaders through employee relations, including performance, experience, and compliance, working closely with People Ops and Legal as needed.
  • Advising, delivering, and driving adoption and execution for key company planning and review cycles, including feedback, compensation, promotions, and annual workforce planning.
  • Delivering measurable insights into employee engagement and health metrics through bi-annual engagement surveys and other key data sources.
  • Supporting business growth through org design, job architecture, career development frameworks, and new role evaluations.
  • Championing and helping operationalize inclusion by ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies are infused in our organizational design, talent strategy, and programs.
  • Collaborating with others (People Programs team, broader People team, and cross-functional partners) to build and roll-out company and employee experience initiatives.

We're looking for someone with 7+ years of work experience in an HRBP or equivalent role, with a proven track record of partnering with executives and teams in remote/hybrid distributed settings. You should have experience with organizational design and annual talent planning, as well as high-growth and/or fast-paced tech company experience.
