Key Responsibilities:

  • Model data to inform business decisions and drive action
  • Create visualizations to report to stakeholders and communicate insights effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and establish deep relationships with risk-bearing entities
  • Develop data models, pipelines, and analytics dashboards to analyze medical claims data and measure the effectiveness of our interventions

Requirements:

  • Deep experience working with healthcare data, including claims, prior auth, and electronic health records
  • Proficiency in analytical, data modeling, and data transformation, with familiarity with DBT and experience with Looker or similar BI tools
  • Working knowledge of Python or R and experience with data analysis and visualization
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
