Undergraduate Placement Year - Customer Service & Process Support Opportunities

Position Overview
- Field Service Intern: Collaborate with a team of Service Engineers and Apprentices to provide outstanding customer service. Participate in event organization and contribute innovative ideas for enhancement.
- Fleet Intern: Offer administrative assistance, manage order processing, and address driver-related issues. A valid UK driving license is required.
- Customer Relations Intern: Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Work in conjunction with various teams to uphold service standards.
- Process Support Intern: Aid in the generation of reports, conduct data analysis, and enhance efficiency within the After Sales department.
- Support Services Intern: Provide administrative assistance, oversee customer accounts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deployment & Delivery Planning Intern: Ensure that customer commitments are fulfilled by effectively managing activities and field resources.
Qualifications:
- Must be an undergraduate student seeking a 12-month placement.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Results-oriented and dependable.
- Detail-focused with sound decision-making abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
