Job Summary:

As a Speech Pathologist at Fidelity Partners, you will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Working closely with educators and families, you will develop personalized treatment plans to help students achieve optimal communication skills and academic success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide direct therapy to students with speech and communication difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
  • Experience in working with school-age children is a plus.
