Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' communication and swallowing needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Current Texas License as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Advanced knowledge of speech therapy principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
