Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding experiences for customers and guests while ensuring compliance with company standards for transaction management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize customer service and strive to create memorable guest interactions during every transaction.
Transaction Management:
Handle cash, credit card payments, checks, and validation transactions in accordance with location-specific parking fees and regulations.
Utilize communication devices to coordinate with the garage for manual transaction processing when necessary.
Accurately document all transactions as per company guidelines through daily shift reports.
Take responsibility for all cash received and disbursed, following the established money drop procedures.
Ensure the cash register area is kept clean and organized on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Entry Level
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Willingness to sit for extended periods and walk short distances as needed.
Manual dexterity to operate essential office equipment, including computers and cash registers.
Cognitive ability to process cash and manual transactions accurately.
Capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Maintain a positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
Adhere to uniform standards while on duty.
Pass a criminal background check.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Organized, computer-savvy, and possess strong numerical skills.
